Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients Needed To Make

  • Yogurt: Use your favorite yogurt for this recipe. My favorite yogurt is Foragers Cashewmilk Yogurt. It is dairy-free, soy-free, organic, vegan, and filled with probiotics. I love that the texture is thick and creamy, similar to greek yogurt, but without the dairy!
  • Granola: I love homemade granola. I find that it tastes so much better than store-bought granola and it’s healthier too!
  • Toppings: Adding fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, and sweetener is the best way to enhance your yogurt bowl. Add as much or as little as you like!

I like to stir in a few superfoods to enhance my yogurt. Stir powders and gels into the yogurt base so that they easily blend into the bowl. Try These:

Homemade Granola Options (All are gluten-free and easy to make!)

  • Healthy Chocolate Granola: This granola is loaded with antioxidants from cacao and is naturally sweetened with maple syrup.
  • Grain-Free Granola: A crunchy granola made without any grains! It’s filled with nuts, superfood seeds, and naturally sweetened with dates! This by far is one of my favorite granola recipes! It is gluten-free, grain-free, and Whole30 compliant!
  • Protein-Packed Maple Granola: Oats are naturally high in protein. This tasty granola is full of protein and fiber.
  • Honey Almond Granola: This sweet granola is filled with warm flavors from the honey and the perfect crunch from the almonds.
