Dragon fruit is one of my favorite fruits! Some find the flavor pretty mild, but if you get a nice ripe dragon fruit they are actually a bit sweet and ultra-refreshing!

Because dragon fruit (pitaya) is a subtly sweet tropical fruit, it pairs well with almost all fruit, but pairs extremely well with other tropical fruits! Pineapple, banana, strawberries, mango, and kiwi taste great when paired with dragon fruit.

How To Make A Pitaya Bowl aka Dragon fruit Smoothie Bowl:

  1. Add the ingredients into the blender. Be sure not to add too much non-dairy milk, or your smoothie bowl will not be thick.
  2. Blend on medium-low setting until smooth. Take moments to scrape down the sides as you blend.
  3. Use a spatula to transfer into a bowl. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy immediately.
