  • 1 tsp Fenugreek can sub with fennel seeds, lightly crushed
  • 1 tsp Dried Lemon Balm Leaves
  • ½ Lemon Slice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 tsp Honey optional

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger, sliced
  • 1 inch Fresh Turmeric, sliced

Instructions
