- Olive Oil: You will about a tablespoon of oil. This helps the seasonings stick to the chickpeas and also helps to get the perfect crispy texture.
- Spices: You can keep it as simple or go as fancy as you like. We use a savory mixture of chili powder, paprika, cumin, pepper, and salt. Use your favorite seasoning blend like everything bagel seasoning, cajun seasoning, curry seasoning, or a cinnamon and sugar mixture (for a sweet option).

- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 3-5 minutes.
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Then, using a clean cloth or paper towel, pat them dry and remove any excess liquid.
- Add the chickpeas to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and spices. Mix well so that all the chickpeas are coated.
- Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket a few times so that the chickpeas cook evenly.
