This easy gluten-free peach crisp recipe is made with fresh, ripe peaches. Nothing makes me happier than biting into a ripe, juicy peach on a warm summer day. And don’t get me started on desserts with baked peaches; it’s just absolutely the best!
This Peach Crisp is so easy to make! It’s perfect for those times you’re craving a stellar dessert, but do not want to spend too much time in the kitchen. I make this when I am hosting a dinner and want a light, delicious dessert to serve. I love that I can simply throw this together and focus on spending time with my guests!
Gluten-Free Peach Crisp is made with wholesome ingredients and packed with flavor. For the filling, I added pears and maple syrup along with some warm spices like vanilla and cinnamon to round out the sweetness. Add a crisp but tender oat topping and the end result is luscious fork-tender peaches! Each bite is so warm and delicious!
Make it Gluten Free
To make the best crispy, golden, flavorful gluten-free crust for your peach crisp you’ll only need a few simple ingredients: Gluten-Free Oats, Almond Flour, and your favorite Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. King Arthur Measure for Measure GF Flour and Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 GF Flour are my two favorites!
What You’ll Need for this Gluten-Free Peach Crisp
For the Warm, Gooey Filling
- Peaches (I also like to throw in a couple of pears)
- Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, and Vanilla Extract: A glaze that will coat the peaches and give them an even more beautiful flavor.
- Corn Starch or Tapioca Starch: This is to help thicken the liquid of the base and turn it into a nice juicy sauce while it is baking.
For the Incredible Crust
- Rolled Oat: Make sure they Gluten-free like these
- Almond Flour
- Brown Sugar
- Coconut Sugar (can use only coconut sugar to keep this dessert refined-sugar free)
- Vegan Butter
- Coconut Oil
- Cinnamon
- Pecans (optional)
