Tips To Make The Best Gluten-free Chicken Wings
- Pat the chicken wings with a clean towel or paper towel before seasoning to absorb any excess moisture. This helps create crispy wings.
- When baking the wings, use a wire-racked line baking sheet. This allows the air to circulate freely and all of the wings get crispy.
- If using the air fryer, be sure not to overcrowd the air fryer.
- Toss the wings in sauce at the very end and place them back in the air fryer or oven to cook further. This seals the flavor of the sauce into the chicken.
- If you have it, use a meat thermometer to check the doneness of the chicken. Chicken is fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
