Hey there! I’m Capri Lilly, a Gluten-Free Food Blogger and Recipe Developer, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Good Food Baddie! I’m a passionate plant mom, mindfulness advocate, world traveler, health food fanatic, and I’m dedicated to helping people live their best lives through healthy eating and self-care.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Business and Consumer Psychology from the University of Southern California. While I have a deep love for psychology, my true passion lies in understanding and sharing the healing properties of food. Iโm all about making it easy to incorporate healthy foods into our daily diet and transforming traditional favorites into healthier yet still delicious versions.
As the founder of Good Food Baddie, my mission is to empower individuals like you to learn healthy recipes that are simple to make at home. With a focus on gluten-free and many dairy-free recipes, this site ensures that anyone can prepare nourishing meals. I believe that healthy eating should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their kitchen skills. That’s why I’ve curated a wide range of recipes that are not only nutritious and delicious, but also easy to make!

What’s My Story?
You may be wondering, “Why Gluten-Free?”. I’ve always been passionate about eating healthy, nourishing foods, but for the longest time, I couldn’t figure out why I was still struggling with chronic stomach pains, low energy, and bloating, despite my efforts to eat healthy.
That all changed when I completed a 45-day cleanse, eliminating eggs, dairy, gluten, and sugar from my diet. It was like a lightbulb went off in my head – I finally saw how my body could function at its best! My energy levels skyrocketed, my skin was glowing, and most importantly, my stomach issues disappeared!
But it wasn’t always easy – as I slowly reintroduced these foods back into my diet, I noticed the old feelings creeping back in. So instead of ignoring the signs, I decided to listen to my body and feed it with nutritious and replenishing foods while avoiding anything that caused discomfort. That how. I learned my body best without gluten and very minimal dairy.
And now, I want to help you do the same! That’s why you’ll find a ton of incredibly delicious recipes that are free of artificial ingredients, gluten, and dairy products right here on GFB. So let’s start nourishing our bodies with the best possible foods and live our best lives together!
When I eliminated gluten and dairy from my diet:
- My digestive health improved! No more bloating, abdominal pain, or digestive issues.
- Energy levels increased! No more feeling sluggish from the internal energy it takes to digest gluten.
- Felt more clear-headed! No more brain fog or grogginess!
- Glowing Skin! The best part is that my skin cleared up almost immediately after eliminating dairy!
