Cottage Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Large Eggs (can sub with 1/4 cup egg whites)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning optional
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves optional
  • Salt and Pepper, as desired

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread a bit of oil onto the parchment paper.
  • Add all the ingredients for the wrap to a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds, until ingredients are combined.
  • Pour the batter into an even layer on the parchment paper. Transfer into the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until it's golden brown on top and sets.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely, about 5-10 minutes. Then, remove it from the parchment paper, add your favorite fillings, and enjoy!
