Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Options: I use S'moreables which are gluten-free graham crackers. I also tried Schars Gluten-Free Graham Crackers. Both are great options.

Tips and Recipe Customizations

  • You can make this s'mores dip in any sized pan. I made mine in an 8-inch cast iron skillet. You can use a ceramic baking dish, glass, or whatever oven-safe dish you prefer.
  • For extra melted chocolate, bake the chocolate for 3-5 minutes first. Then add marshmallows and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • You can use mini marshmallows. Just sprinkle them on top of the chocolate and bake until golden brown!
  • Serve immediately for the best results because the dip will begin to harden after a while.
