- 1.5 cups coconut water
- Water to fill a 32-48 oz jar
- Ginger or lemon for extra flavor optional
Blend the pineapple chunks with coconut water until smooth.
Add the sliced okra and blended pineapple mixture to a large 32-48 oz jar. Top off with water.
Let it sit overnight to infuse.
Strain and enjoy in the morning! Add ginger or lemon if desired.
For a smaller batch (16 oz), use 4-5 okra pods.
