1Zucchini (raw or frozen), cut into roundsabout 1 1/2 cup cut zucchini
2tbspRaw Cacao Powder
2tbspHemp Seeds
2tbspAlmond Butter
1tspMaca Powder
4Medjool Dates, pits removed
2cupsNon-Dairy milk of choice
1/2cupsmall Persian cucumber, cut into chunks
1-2Scoops Protein Powder of choice
Instructions
Cut the zucchini into small rounds.
Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Adjust the consistency as desired by adding more liquid to thin the smoothie or more zucchini to thicken the smoothie.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight mason jar for up to 2 days.
