- 2 Shots of Espresso (30ml each, or 1-2 oz)
- 4-6 oz Tonic Water, plus more as needed
- Sliced Orange or Lime wedges
- 2 tsp Spiced Orange Simple Syrup, optional or simple syrup of choice (optional)
Prepare your espresso as normal and set it aside to cool.
Fill a tall glass with ice. Slowly pour the tonic water over the ice, then add the espresso. Add simple syrup, optional.
Top with fresh lime or orange slices. Give the drink a stir and enjoy!
