Espresso Tonic is a refreshing twist from your normal cup of coffee.
It is filled with bright citrusy flavor and is incredibly easy to make! Enjoy in the morning, as an afternoon pick-me-up, or as a refreshing mocktail!

Ingredients

Shots of Espresso (30ml each, or 1-2 oz)

Tonic Water, plus more as needed
Sliced Orange or Lime wedges

tsp
Spiced Orange Simple Syrup, optional
or simple syrup of choice (optional)
Instructions
Prepare your espresso as normal and set it aside to cool.
Fill a tall glass with ice. Slowly pour the tonic water over the ice, then add the espresso. Add simple syrup, optional.
Top with fresh lime or orange slices. Give the drink a stir and enjoy!
