Ingredients

  • 3 cups Papaya skin and seeds removed, diced into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp Honey plus more to taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ cup Cold Water plus more as needed

Instructions

  • Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut the papaya into chunks or slices for easier blending.
  • Add the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Pour in glasses with out without ice and enjoy!
