This Chicken Soup is healthy & super easy to make!
Lightly Brown The Chicken by cooking for 1-2 mins on each side. Then set the chicken aside.
Saute The Onions, ginger, garlic, carrots, shallot, and celery. Then add the turmeric powder, seasonings, and fresh herbs.
Add The Chicken, Broth, Water, and Potatoes. Make sure the ingredients are fully covered by the broth.
Bring To A Boil. Then Reduce the heat and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
