– 1 Lb Ground Bison – Bell Pepper of Choice – Onion and Garlic, minced – Egg – Fresh Parsley – Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Red Crushed Peppers
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl.
Form meatballs and place onto a prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the meat is used.
Bake for 15 minutes, turning meatballs over halfway through.
Serve over rice, pasta, quinoa, or zucchini noodles!
