Baked Bison Meatballs


These delicious baked bison meatballs are made with six simple ingredients and ready in less than 20 minutes! Bison is a leaner, healthier alternative to ground beef and perfect if you’re looking for a filling, low-carb meal!

– 1 Lb Ground Bison – Bell Pepper of Choice – Onion and Garlic, minced – Egg – Fresh Parsley – Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Red Crushed Peppers

Step 1

Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. 

Step 2

Form meatballs and place onto a prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the meat is used.

Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes, turning meatballs over halfway through.
