Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Packet of Dragonfruit (Pitaya)
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk of choice

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds, optional
  • 2 tbsp Nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, or Hazelnut Butter)

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients into the blender. Be sure not to add too much non-dairy milk, or your smoothie bowl will not be thick.
  • Blend on medium-low setting until smooth. Take moments to scrape down the sides as you blend.
