Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a (9x13) baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the chickpea flour and optional spices. Make sure to break up any large clumps
Add the warm water, olive oil, and combine with a rubber spatula. Then, fold in any optional herbs.
Spread the mixture evenly on the tray.
Bake for about 15-20. If the mixture is thick, it may need a bit longer; if thin, it may cook faster.
Let it cool, then remove from the tray.
If using as a pizza, add your favorite pizza toppings and warm in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Alternatively, use it as a wrap, sandwich bread, or cut into pita-sized chips to enjoy with dip.
