  • 1 tablespoon Honey can sub agave or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • 1 tablespoon Honey can sub agave or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  • For the Blue Gatorade, blend the pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, honey, sea salt, and blue spirulina until combined.
  • For the Green Gatorade, blend the cucumber, mint, coconut water, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, and sea salt and blend until well combined.
  • If you prefer a smoother drink, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp. Taste and adjust the sweetness or citrus as needed, then serve immediately over ice or refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

Tip: For the coldest, most refreshing drink, use chilled coconut water and refrigerate the electrolyte drink for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Try to use organic coconut water without any added sugar for the best healthy drink
