Fresh Mango Soursop Smoothie

Soursop strengthens your immune system, reduces inflammation, and is packed with antioxidants to protect your body from harmful free radicals. In this recipe, I use fresh soursop and show you how to prepare it, but feel free to swap it for frozen soursop—it's just as delicious!
