  • 20 oz (approx. 3.5 cup) Fresh or frozen strawberries if fresh, freeze before blending
  • cup Raw honey as needed for sweetness
  • cup Lemon juice or lime juice freshly squeezed

  • Once the mixture is smooth, taste it and add raw honey as desired for sweetness.
  • You have two options for enjoying your strawberry sorbet. If you prefer a softer texture, indulge in it immediately. Alternatively, if you prefer a firmer texture, transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours until it reaches the desired consistency.
