Whisk the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Then, add the remaining ingredients except the crab meat and onions. Mix until combined. Then, gently fold in the crab meat and green onions. Transfer to a baking sheet, top with more cheese and a pinch of Old Bay Seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
