Here's What You'll Need!

All-Purpose Flour (gluten-free or regular) Butter & Oil Sugar & Spices Pumpin Puree Cinnamon Sugar Topping

Combine the dry ingredients into a large bowl and set aside.  Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until creamy


Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.


Shape the dough into small balls, about 2 tbsp each. Roll each bowl into the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.


Bake for 11-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
