Here's What You'll Need!

-Sourdough (Can use gluten-free or regular) -Broth -Fresh Herbs -Butter (vegan or regular) -Garlic, Celery, Onions -Butternut Squash Chunks -Cranberries -Seasonings

I Use Bread SRSLY Gluten-Free, Vegan Sourdough Bread!

Use your favorite sourdough bread! 

THE BEST WAY TO  MAKE TURKEY!

PRO TIP: Make sure your bread is completely dried out to make the best stuffing. Do this by slicing the bread and letting it air dry for a couple of hours. OR, slice the bread into cubes, and bake it in the oven at 250°F for 25 minutes. When you remove the bread from the oven is should be free of any moisture.

THE BEST  HOMEMADE STUFFING!

Step 1

Saute the onions, celery, garlic, and herbs.

Step 2

Stir in the butternut squash and sauté for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3

Add in the bread cubes and mix until all the cubes are evenly coated with the herbs, garlic, and onion mixture

Step 4

Slowly pour in the broth and continue to stir until most of the broth is absorbed, about 3 minutes.

Step 5

Turn off the heat and stir in fresh cranberries

Step 6

Transfer the stuffing mixture into the large baking dish and bake at 450°F for 30 minutes covered. Then remove the foil covering and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
