Here Is What You Will Need

-Basil -Lemon -Avocado -Garlic -Pine Nuts -Parmesan Cheese (optional) -Olive Oil -Salt & Pepper

Simply place all the ingredients into the food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.

Pro Tip: If you like a chunky texture to your pesto use a food processor. If you like your pesto smoother, use a high-powered blender.

Prepare your favorite pasta noodles! I like to use fluffy potato gnocchi. Toss in sun-dried tomatoes to give your pasta even more delicious flavor!

Mix in the avocado pesto  sauce and stir until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
