Antioxidant-Rich Green Smoothie
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach
- 1/4 cup Sea Moss
- 1 tbsp Moringa Powder
- 1 cup Frozen Cranberries
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1.5 cup Almond Milk

Healthy Smoothie Add-ins/Options
- 1 tsp Maca
- 2-3 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
- 1 tbsp Moringa Powder
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds, or Flax Seeds
- 1 cup Kale
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
If your smoothie is too thick, add about 1 tablespoon of Non-Dairy Milk or Coconut Water to thin out the smoothie. If you would like to make the smoothie thicker, add ice or more frozen fruit until you reach your desired consistency
