Tropical Papaya Detox Smoothie
This Papaya smoothie is made with ripe, juicy papaya and blended with frozen mango, coconut shavings, and turmeric powder for a delicious antioxidant-rich tropical smoothie!
Servings: 2 Makes approx. 16 ounces
- 1 cup Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)
- 1/2 Large Papaya, cut into cubes
- 1.5 cup Frozen Mango
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 2-3 tbsp Coconut Shavings
- 2 dates (or 2-3 tsp maple syrup/agave)
Combine all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
If your smoothie is thicker than you’d like, add more almond/coconut milk. If you would like your smoothie thicker, add ice, until you reach your desired consistency.
