This Papaya smoothie is made with ripe, juicy papaya and blended with frozen mango, coconut shavings, and turmeric powder for a delicious antioxidant-rich tropical smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)
  • 1/2 Large Papaya, cut into cubes
  • 1.5 cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 2-3 tbsp Coconut Shavings
  • 2 dates (or 2-3 tsp maple syrup/agave)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • If your smoothie is thicker than you’d like, add more almond/coconut milk. If you would like your smoothie thicker, add ice, until you reach your desired consistency.
