Ingredients

  • 3 Large Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Freshly Ground Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Cut the potatoes lengthwise into thirds. Then, slice each potato into even ¼-inch thick fries.
  • Transfer the fries into a large bowl. Add the spices and oil, and mix until all the fries are evenly coated.
  • Add the sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket. Air fry for 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Cook the fries in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and sides. Enjoy!
