- 1 (15 oz) can of Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt plus more to taste
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper plus more to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 3-5 minutes.
Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Then, using a clean cloth or paper towel, pat them dry and remove any excess liquid.
Add the chickpeas to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and spices. Mix well so that all the chickpeas are coated.
Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket a few times so that the chickpeas cook evenly.
Remove from the air fryer. Enjoy! You can store the chickpeas in a container or mason jar for up to 4-5 days
