Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ingredients. Then, form 4 equally sized burger patties.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the turkey burgers in a single layer in the preheated air fryer. Cook at 370°F for 10 minutes. Then flip the burgers and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until cooked through. The burgers are done when a meat thermometer inserted shows an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the turkey burger on a burger bun or lettuce wrap with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Please note that different air fryers can cook slightly differently at the same air fryer temperatures. You may need to adjust the cooking time and temperature according to the brand you are using.
