Preheat the grill to 400-450°F.
Remove the skin and core from the pineapple. Then slice into 3/4-1" inch dials. Optional: Brush the sugar mixture onto the slices.
Season the Beyond Meat® Burger with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic, and onion powder. (I like to place the beyond burgers in a large bowl, mix the beyond burgers and seasoning together, then reform the patties.)
Lightly oil the grill grates and set the flame to medium-high. Place the Beyond Meat® Burger and sliced pineapple on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. The internal temperature of the beyond burger should read 165°F when it is fully cooked. If you like a little char on your burger, cook it for slightly longer.
Assemble the burger with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
