Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- 2.5 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2-3 Shots of Espresso* (or very strong coffee)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Brown Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Oat milk
How To Make Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
Over medium-low heat, combine the brown sugar and water into a small saucepan. Whisk and bring the mixture to a simmer until the sugar completely dissolves.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool and thicken before using. Store any extra in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
