Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Non-Dairy Milk of Choice, plus more as needed (I like to use Coconut Milk or Oat Milk)
  • 1/2 Large Papaya, cut into cubes (about 2 1/4 cups)
  • 1.5 cups Frozen Mango
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Shavings plus more as desired
  • 2 Medjool Dates, pits removed (or 1 tbsp maple syrup/agave) optional
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric, optional

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • If your smoothie is thicker than you’d like, add more non-dairy milk. If you would like your smoothie thicker, add more frozen fruit or ice and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
