Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
Mix the avocado, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the cacao cream into a bowl. Dip Strawberries into the chocolate mixture, making sure to coat all side.
Dip the strawberries into your favorite toppings.
Cover the strawberries and place in fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is best)
