Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 2" Ginger thinly sliced
  • 1 Lemon thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds optional
  • 8 cups Water

Instructions

  • Slice the ginger, lemon, and cucumber.
  • Add the ingredients to a large carafe or pitcher and fill it with water. Let infuse for at least 30 minutes, 2 hours is ideal or let it infuse in the fridge overnight.
