- 2 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs or 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 cups Boiling Water
- 1 tsp Honey or to taste (or agave syrup for vegan)
- 1 Lemon Wedge
Optional Add-ins
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate
- 2 tbsp Frozen Blueberries
- ½ Orange sliced
- ¼ Grapefruit sliced
Using an electric kettle or stove, bring water to a boil.
Wash the rosemary thoroughly, removing any dirt or debris.
Place the rosemary sprigs in a mug along with any optional add-ins, and pour in the boiling water.
Steep for 5 minutes. (Alternate method: If you prefer, chop the rosemary leaves and place them in a tea strainer before steeping.)
Remove the rosemary. Stir in a teaspoon of honey, or to taste, and fresh lemon juice.
