Easy Rosemary Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs or 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 1 tsp Honey or to taste (or agave syrup for vegan)
  • 1 Lemon Wedge

Optional Add-ins

  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ Orange sliced
  • ¼ Grapefruit sliced

Instructions

  • Using an electric kettle or stove, bring water to a boil.
  • Wash the rosemary thoroughly, removing any dirt or debris.
  • Place the rosemary sprigs in a mug along with any optional add-ins, and pour in the boiling water.
  • Steep for 5 minutes. (Alternate method: If you prefer, chop the rosemary leaves and place them in a tea strainer before steeping.)
  • Remove the rosemary. Stir in a teaspoon of honey, or to taste, and fresh lemon juice.
