- 1 lb Fresh green beans
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes to 380°F.
Trim the stem ends from the green beans. Transfer the green beans to a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss to combine.
Arrange the green beans in a single layer in the air fryer. Some overlap is okay, but do not pile layers of green beans into the air fryer. (Work in batches if needed)
Air fry the green beans for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender, shaking the basket halfway through.
Transfer the green beans to a serving bowl and squeeze a bit of lemon onto the green beans. Enjoy!
**Please Note: I’ve made this recipe in an Instant Vortex Air Fryer and a Yedi 7 QT air fryer. Cooking Time may vary based on the type of air fryer you use. Monitor the food while cooking and adjust the time according to your desired doneness.
