Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh green beans
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes to 380°F.
  • Trim the stem ends from the green beans. Transfer the green beans to a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss to combine.
  • Arrange the green beans in a single layer in the air fryer. Some overlap is okay, but do not pile layers of green beans into the air fryer. (Work in batches if needed)
  • Air fry the green beans for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Transfer the green beans to a serving bowl and squeeze a bit of lemon onto the green beans. Enjoy!

**Please Note: I’ve made this recipe in an Instant Vortex Air Fryer and a Yedi 7 QT air fryer. Cooking Time may vary based on the type of air fryer you use. Monitor the food while cooking and adjust the time according to your desired doneness.
