- 4 1/2 cups Honeydew, cut into small cubes (about 1 small honeydew)
- 3 cups Cold Water plus more as needed
- 2 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey (or agave syrup for vegan option) optional
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves, packed (about 4 sprigs)
Remove the skin and seeds from the honeydew melon. Then, slice the flesh into chunks.
Add the sliced cantaloupe, honey, lime juice, mint leaves, and water to the blender. Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth, about 60-90 seconds.
Place a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a bowl or pitcher. Strain the pulp from the mixture to get a pulp-free juice. (Feel free to leave the pulp if you like. It is full of fiber and nutrients.)
Serve in a glass with ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!
