- 1 Zucchini (raw or frozen), cut into rounds about 1 1/2 cup cut zucchini
- 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 4 Medjool Dates, pits removed
- 2 cups Non-Dairy milk of choice
- 1/2 cup small Persian cucumber, cut into chunks
- 1-2 Scoops Protein Powder of choice
Cut the zucchini into small rounds.
Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Adjust the consistency as desired by adding more liquid to thin the smoothie or more zucchini to thicken the smoothie.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight mason jar for up to 2 days.
Makes approx 2 12oz smoothies.
