Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shishito Peppers
  • 1-2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 3 minutes.
  • Add the shishito peppers to the air fryer basket and drizzle with a teaspoon or two of olive oil. Give the basket a good shake so that the oil coats all the peppers. (Alternatively, you can spray the peppers lightly with olive oil cooking spray.)
  • Place the basket in the air fryer and cook the shishito peppers for 8-10 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and blistered. Shake the basket halfway through. (It is normal to hear popping noises while the peppers are cooking)
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
