- 8 oz Shishito Peppers
- 1-2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
- 1 Lemon cut into wedges
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 3 minutes.
Add the shishito peppers to the air fryer basket and drizzle with a teaspoon or two of olive oil. Give the basket a good shake so that the oil coats all the peppers. (Alternatively, you can spray the peppers lightly with olive oil cooking spray.)
Place the basket in the air fryer and cook the shishito peppers for 8-10 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and blistered. Shake the basket halfway through. (It is normal to hear popping noises while the peppers are cooking)
Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
