Carne Asada with Polenta Fries- A twist on your typical Steak Frites!

 Carne Asada Polenta fries are perfect for a filling brunch meal or game day appetizer! What’s not to love about garlicky-herb crusted crispy polenta fries topped with tender, flavorful carne asada!? You can even load the fries up with black beans, spicy salsa, and avocado to make loaded fries!

Here's What You'll Need

You can use pre-cooked (shown above) polenta or Quick-Cook Polenta

slice the polenta into fry-shaped pieces

Create an herb-garlic mixture to coat and season the polenta fries

Season and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F until golden and crispy!

While the polenta fries are in the oven, prepare the carne asada

Cook the steak for 3-6 minutes on each side (3 minutes for medium-rare)

Make loaded fries and top with the carne asada, salsa, avocado, and black beans!  Perfect for a game day appetizer!
