Hi there! I am Capri Lilly, founder of Good Food Baddie, zealous plant mom, and mindfulness advocate! It’s nice to meet you!

I am a Los Angeles area Food Blogger and created Good Food Baddie as a health and wellness initiative aimed to help individuals learn healthy recipes that are easy to make at home and teach people how to make healthy food choices. 

 

As a huge advocate of living a healthy lifestyle, I primarily focus on the foods we eat. I share tasty recipes that are easy to make, no matter the skill level in the kitchen and no matter how busy! 

 

My aim is to make healthy eating more approachable and show that eating healthy can be exciting and immensely flavorful! My recipes are all gluten-free and mostly dairy-free! You can find healthy recipes and tips throughout the site and on my Youtube!

WHY GLUTEN-FREE AND DAIRY-FREE?

I’ve always been passionate about eating healthy, nutritious foods. The problem was, I was eating healthy, but still suffering from chronic stomach pains, low energy, days of being painfully bloated, and I had no idea why!

 

It was not until I completed a 45 day cleanse, eliminating eggs, dairy, gluten, and sugar, that I was able to see how my body functioned at its optimal level! I had energy all day no more mid-day naps! I was more clear-headed, my skin was glowing, and most importantly, I no longer suffered from terrible stomach issues! After slowly incorporating these foods back into my diet I noticed the old feelings creeping back in. I would have immediate stomach pain if I ate gluten or dairy! Instead of reverting back to my old ways, I decided to listen to my body by feeding it nutritious and replenishing foods and avoid foods that cause my body any discomfort. It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made!

 

I hope that I can help you do the same! Throughout GFB you’ll find tons of incredibly delicious recipes that are free of artificial ingredients, gluten, and dairy products!
